Bernatello’s Pizza Acquires the Assets of Five Star Frozen
Foods, Frozen Pizza Manufacturer & Distribution Company
Edina, MN – February 1st, 2012 Bernatello’s Pizza, Inc., a manufacturer of frozen pizzas and distributor of frozen pizza, snacks and appetizers, announced it has acquired the assets of Five Star Frozen Foods,Inc., a frozen pizza manufacturer and distribution company. The acquisition will continue to grow and expand Bernatello’s Pizza, Inc.’s frozen pizza manufacturing capabilities andstrengthen their distribution channels.
Bernatello’s Pizza, Inc., is owned and operated by the Ramsay family in Edina, MN. As a leading and innovative frozen pizza manufacturer, the current portfolio of brands includes: Bellatoria, Bernatello’s and Roma pizza. The acquisition of Five Star Frozen Foods, Inc. headquartered in Kaukauna, WI, will add the ORV’s and Borbello’s brands to the Bernatello’s Pizza, Inc. portfolio. The Direct Sales Delivery distribution channel spans throughout the Midwest.
